Sensoreal Favourites is a personalised web page that displays a curated selection of properties or lots a user has shown interest in. It acts as a seamless bridge between the touchscreen experience and post-visit follow-up.

• Convenient record for buyers Buyers can easily revisit and review the properties or lots they explored, without needing to remember lot/unit numbers or take photos.
• Improved sales follow-up Sales staff can see exactly which properties a buyer was interested in, enabling more informed and personalised follow-up conversations. An integrated contact form captures key buyer details and purchase timeframe, further enhancing this process.
• Branded, project-specific presentation The Favourites page is fully styled to match the project’s branding, maintaining a premium and consistent digital experience.
• Centralised property information Each selected property can include images, videos, brochures, pricing, lot/unit size, and other relevant media — all in one easy-to-share location.

How It Works

There are two ways a Favourites page is generated

1. Properties/Lots are favourited by a user on the Sensoreal Touchscreen, creating a QR code to the Favourites web page

2. Properties/Lots are selected by an admin through the Sensoreal Dashboard’s Email Properties tool, which will generate a link sent via email to the Favourites web page

Touchscreen - QR Code

When browsing properties on the Sensoreal Touchscreen, users have the option to Favourite a property or house design.

Once at least one item has been favourited, a ‘View Favourites’ navigation link becomes active in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Selecting this option allows the user to review their chosen properties within the touchscreen experience.

This screen also displays a unique QR code, which can be scanned to access the personalised Favourites web page on a mobile device or computer.
