This document provides an overview of the ‘Email Properties’ tool on the Sensoreal Dashboard. Sales staff and administrators can use Email Properties to send a curated shortlist of properties to buyers. This feature generates a branded email containing selected properties, custom messaging, and links for further information.

1. Overview

The Email Properties page is designed for:

• Sending a property shortlist to a buyer’s email
• Customising the message that accompanies the shortlist
• Selecting and arranging properties to include
• Using pre-filled sender details to ensure brand consistency

How To Access

Once logged in to the Dashboard, use the left side navigation and click on ‘Email Properties’ to access the feature.

2. Adding Properties to Email

At the bottom of the Email Properties page, two lists appear side-by-side:

• Available Properties (left)
• Selected Properties (right)

Steps to Add Properties

1. Use the search box above Available Properties to find a lot/property if required.
