The touchscreen content is delivered by a small mini-PC, typically mounted to the back of the touchscreen or located in a cabinet under the touchscreen.
Turning on the touchscreen mini-pc
Press and release the mini-pc Power Button (pictured below.
Turning off the touchscreen mini-pc
Press & Hold the mini-pc Power Button (pictured below) for 8 seconds or until the button is no longer illuminated.
Connecting the mini-pc to a WiFi network
For ease of use and navigating through this environment please plug in a keyboard to the NUC using one of the available USB ports.
Exit Sensoreal
- Close the Sensoreal Application if running with any the following key combinations.
Connect to WiFi
- Open the Network Configuration Panel by clicking/touching the Network icon in the bottom-right of the bottom panel.
- Select the required WiFi Network SSID of the location and enter the network credentials

Touchscreen Troubleshooting
Touchscreen is black
- Ensure touchscreen has power and is powered on
- Check the HDMI cable is inserted correctly into the mini-PC
