NOTE:

The current version of the Sensoreal Launcher for Mac is compatible with newer Apple Silicon Macs only (M1, M2, M3 and newer models).

If you are using an older Intel-based Mac, the application will not install or run correctly. If you are unsure which Mac model you have, please contact the Sensoreal team for assistance.

  1. Download the application from the following URL.

  1. Double-click on the downloaded file and drag the Sensoreal Launcher icon into the Applications folder.

Important: macOS may block the Sensoreal Launcher the first time it is opened. Please follow the steps below to allow the application to run.

  1. Open Sensoreal Launcher and dismiss the warning dialog

Once dragged over to ‘Applications’, you can open the Launcher by double clicking it’s icon.

  1. Open System Settings —> Privacy & Security, scroll down and then click “Open Anyway” next to Sensoreal Launcher.app.

  2. Click “Open Anyway” if a warning dialog appears

  3. The Sensoreal Launcher is now ready to use. Open by double clicking it in your Applications folder or search and open using Spotlight (Command + Spacebar).

  1. Once Sensoreal Launcher is open, enter your login details provided by the Sensoreal team.
