The Email Properties tool allows sales staff and administrators to send a curated shortlist of properties to prospective buyers. This feature generates a clean, branded email containing selected properties, custom messaging, and links for further information.

3.1 Overview

The Email Properties page is designed for:

• Sending a property shortlist to a buyer’s email
• Customising the message that accompanies the shortlist
• Selecting and arranging properties to include
• Using pre-filled sender details to ensure brand consistency

3.2 Adding Properties to Email

At the bottom of the Email Properties page, two lists appear side-by-side:

• Available Properties (left)
• Selected Properties (right)

Steps to Add Properties

1. Use the search box above Available Properties to find a lot/property if required.
2. Click on the desired property to move it into the Selected Properties list.
3. Reorder selected properties by drag-and-drop if required.
